FPL engineer and former high school robotics competitor Lily Pawlak returns to mentor her alma mater's robotics team, using her engineering skills to help students build an award-winning robot for the FIRST Robotics Competition.

For nearly a decade FPL's Rob Adams has led the company's efforts to raise money for the Dolphins Challenge Cancer cycling team. The team has raised nearly $1 million in the last 11 years. On every ride, Adams honors his mother who died of throat cancer in 2011.
