Juliet Roulhac's journey from Kingston, Jamaica, to becoming a respected attorney and community advocate in South Florida is marked by a commitment to diversity, leadership and community service.

For nearly a decade FPL's Rob Adams has led the company's efforts to raise money for the Dolphins Challenge Cancer cycling team. The team has raised nearly $1 million in the last 11 years. On every ride, Adams honors his mother who died of throat cancer in 2011.

FPL employees and the Florida National Guard surprised veterans and their families around the state with festive home makeovers this holiday season. The annual tradition aims to honor local heroes and spread joy during the holiday season.

FPL's Panama City-based power generation team had the winning recipe after employees bid on some 60 cakes and pies to raise money for local nonprofits. The annual fund drive – now in its 18th year — raises money for United Way of Northwest Florida and other charities it supports, including Arc of the Bay in Lynn Haven.
