  Photography and interview opportunities:

Opportunities to photograph the presentation as well as the new, energy- efficient home will be made available.

In addition, BuildSmart representatives will be present to answer questions about the energy-efficient features of the home.

Directions: I-95 to Okeechobee Blvd. West to Royal Palm Beach. Turn left on Crestwood Blvd. Go 3/4 of a mile. Turn left into "The Estates" community. Go 1/4 mile. Make a right on to Cypress Trace. Follow Cypress Trace around to Fernwood Crescent. Make a left on Fernwood Crescent. The house, located at 109 Fernwood Crescent, is on the left side of the street.
