FPL comes to the aid of Northeast utilities recovering from Hurricane Sandy [VIDEO]

FPL is committed to send as much help as possible to the Northeast to assist our fellow utilities in getting the lights back on for their customers. FPL sent a caravan yesterday from the Bradenton area to assist utilities in the Washington-Baltimore area. FPL has deployed a total of more than 860 employees and contractor restoration workers to support seven different utilities from Virginia to New Jersey with restoration efforts.
